Leaders Anvil is a team of two professionals with a combined experience of 55 years in sales, sales enablement, pre-sales, practice building, turn-around management, and process quality.
Both of us also are passionate about the environment and love scuba diving, besides getting our dopamine and serotonin from seeing others succeed.
Atiq Syed
Atiq Syed is the Chief Consultant at Leaders Anvil. After spending 10 years in different front end Sales roles across Telecom and ITES, he joined Wipro in 2005. In his 15 years at Wipro, he created a new practice and pioneered the expansion efforts in Middle East and Africa, then led the Strategic Technology Alliances with Microsoft, SAP, CISCO, HP, and Oracle.
In 2014 he moved into Organisation Learning and Development focusing on Sales Enablement. He has been involved in the design, build and execution of Sales Enablement Processes, Systems, Tools and Methodology while specializing as a coach to Business Leaders pursuing large deals and a mentor to sales people.
Atiq is the prime-mover in creating the “Sales Enablement as a Service” offering, for different businesses and enterprises. This consulting framework helps sales teams adopt, transform and succeed in the world where the buyer knows more than the seller, and disruption is the nemesis of many firms.
Ramesh Dorairaj
Leaders Anvil is founded by Ramesh Dorairaj. He is an author, coach and consultant. His book, Games Customers Play, is mandatory reading for salespeople in one large IT organization. Amazon rated it as a memorable business book of the year 2018.
Ramesh brings 30 years of corporate experience with companies like Infosys, TCS, Wipro and Mindtree. He has handled large delivery teams, sales teams, turned around support functions and worked on several large deals as an anchor and as an SME. He ran a pre-sales organization that won more than half the proposals submitted. He grew a practice ten-fold to US$ 100 Million in 5 years. He coaches CEO’s to lead their companies to greater success.
